On 21 June 2017, Energy East and TransCanada filed comments on the NEB’s Draft Lists of Issues and Draft Factors and Draft Scope of the Factors for the Environmental Assessments, together with its reply to positions taken by others during the NEB comment process.
On July 28, Energy East filed errata for volumes 1, 2, 10, 17 and 19 of the Consolidated Application. The errata included revisions to the Concentric evidence to reflect the March 2016 Golder Report (EMP employment and economy) and other information that was included in the December 2015 application amendment. It also included Bay of Fundy modelling information that was included in the December 2015 supplemental report but missed in the consolidation effort.

The National Energy Board (NEB) has issued a Supplemental Application to Participate (ATP) notice for its hearing on the Energy East Project. Anyone who wishes to participate in the hearing must apply to do so during the three weeks period, starting 30 March 2016 and ending 20 April 2016, and through the ATP process outlined in the following document:
November 5, 2015 –TransCanada Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TransCanada) today announced adjustments to the Energy East Pipeline Project after continuing to listen to local communities, key stakeholders and its customers. The company will be amending the Energy East application before the National Energy Board to remove a port in Québec from the scope of the project.
